Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We’ll guide you through the process and provide return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item

We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund at no extra cost to you.
